I come here often for a healthy lunch. The premade sandwiches and smoothies/juices are delicious. The store is tidy and inviting. I am not going to remove stars as it is not the store's fault, but I have had two incidents now in the past year in the parking lot of random people trying to enter my vehicle and being suspicious. None of these people were customers. Just want to warn everyone to keep your car locked here.

Wide variety of foods from fresh to frozen. Also, bagged, boxed, canned, etc. Personal care items, cleaning supplies, supplements, homeopathic, baby, pet, and essential oils to name several categories. Mostly organic. FREE as in "free from" allergens. Different assortments featuring peanut free or nut free, dairy-free, gluten-free, "sugar" free, scent free, dye free... and many substitutions / alternate products. Also by the pound or the ounce, a large variety of items including coffee beans, beans, rice, nuts, seeds, spices, seasonings, candy, dried fruit, and much more!

first time stopping in and I was really impressed. they have a great selection of fresh produce and a ton of diverse fermented foods. nice mix of national sustainable/low impact brands and local/regional specialty producers as well. will definitely be back again soon

The store reminds me of a mini Whole Foods. My complaint is the staff do not smile or say hello to customers. Maybe they are not trained or encouraged to smile and say hello to customers. This would be a really great store if the staff would make it more welcoming and inviting by greeting customers with a smile a hello. One of the staff that really seems she does not enjoy customers is "Keira" not sure of the spelling. She is short and has long hair. If you don't enjoy customers then don't work in retail!

Great grocery store with a lot of local and organic options. Gluten free and vegan options as well which is fantastic! Natural products are sold here as well. The selection is not the largest but I got everything I needed at a fair price. It is not a big box store it is a locally owned store and I am thrilled to be able to frequent it. For the size it truly offers so much and the staff is friendly! It is worth checking out!
